Privacy & Security

Your data, plainly

In plain language. Last updated July 2026.

What stays on your PC: The Bridge runs entirely on your computer. It reads iRacing's live telemetry from local memory and sends it to your own browser over a local connection. Telemetry never leaves your machine.

What we do & don't store

How your voice chat works

To talk with your engineer, your messages are sent securely (HTTPS/TLS) to our server, which relays them to our AI provider (Anthropic). That data is not used to train models. We hold no copies of the conversation.

The Bridge

The Bridge only reads iRacing's shared memory (lap times, position, fuel, etc.). It cannot control your car, your game, or your PC. It opens a single local connection for your browser and writes a local log file you can delete anytime.

Payments

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Community features (optional, opt-in)

We may build community pages in the future — things like race result boards or leaderboards showing driver nicknames. This is always opt-in: your nickname and results are never shown publicly unless you explicitly check the box allowing it. You can withdraw this permission at any time. This is separate from and unrelated to the anonymized strategy data described below.

Strategy data (optional, anonymized, opt-in)

To make every driver's engineer smarter over time, we may aggregate anonymized strategy patterns (e.g. "at this track, in this car, pace typically drops around lap 8") across all drivers who've opted in. This data cannot be traced back to you — no name, no nickname, no identifying details are included.
