1. The service

OMORAY PITWALL ("PITWALL") is an AI race-engineer application for iRacing. It provides in-race voice communication, strategy and telemetry-based information, and post-session debriefs. PITWALL requires a separate, active iRacing subscription and a Windows PC that meets iRacing's own requirements (Windows 11, 64-bit; Windows 10 reached end-of-life in October 2025). If your PC runs iRacing, it runs PITWALL. PITWALL is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC.

2. Subscription, billing & free trial

PITWALL is sold as a monthly subscription at US$29.99 / month (tax-exclusive), billed through Stripe.
New subscriptions include a free trial (length shown at checkout). If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period.
Founding Season pricing, once joined, is locked for as long as your subscription stays active.

3. Cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime. Manage or cancel your subscription here, or by emailing omoraypitwall@gmail.com.
Cancel during your free trial and you are never charged.
After a payment, your access continues until the end of the current paid month, then stops. As a digital service delivered immediately, monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable.
Nothing here limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

4. Acceptable use

Your account is for your personal use. Do not share, resell, or redistribute your login, access code, or the application.
PITWALL reads iRacing telemetry read-only via the official SDK. Use it in accordance with iRacing's own terms.

5. Disclaimer

PITWALL is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Information it gives (lap times, strategy, gaps, fuel, etc.) is for guidance during sim racing and may contain errors or delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMORAY is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

動作環境	iRacingが動作するWindows PC（Windows 11・64-bit／Windows 10は2025年10月にサポート終了）。iRacingが動く環境であればPITWALLも動作します。別途iRacingのご契約、およびマイク・ヘッドセットが必要です。
